Just got back from a holiday trip to Qingdao, China. An awesome place to be for a person who grew up in front of the sea and now working in a concrete jungle such as Beijing. Once again, with the love of the surrealistic feel long exposure gives to an image, contrary to the bustling activities happening on the beach, I opted to shoot before the break of dawn where there are only a few people around. A time to be intimate with the subjects lying around or left unnoticed on the sand.
